The lecturers we have chosen from the university have excellent reputation in research and practical experience of entrepreneurship.

They lecture for example at the Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences, at the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore (India), at the University Duisburg-Essen, at the University Mannheim, at the University of Applied Sciences Dortmund and so on.

Our lecturers of the companies have accrued profound business experience over many years, e. g. at executive board level, or in other responsible positions in small and medium sized companies (SME).

All subjects will be taught by two lecturers─one of the university and one of the business organization. We call this team teaching concept the "Tandem-Model".
